We used Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services and the results were amazing! We really thought our carpet was beyond repair. They even took time out to play with taylor :) A couple things i really appreciated was that there were no hidden fees, like to move your stuff ( they came early to help move the furniture), i got an estimate over the phone, they are open 24/7, they always send a man and a women to your home, and they gave helpful hints to keep our carpet in good condition ( Did you know that shoes are better for your carpet than bare feet?
